You’ll probably assume the moniker Mr Little Jeans applies to a man, but Mr Little Jeans is actually Norwegian singer-songwriter Monica Birkenes. And why not select a name from the film Rushmore? Mr Little Jeans worked with producer Lester Mendez (Dane Oh Land’s producer) on her debut, Pocketknife. When she played the Crocodile in November, we got photographer Kirk Stauffer in to capture this:

Very happy to report that FIDLAR made an appearance in Seattle last October. And they brought Australian band called DUNE RATS with them! Apparently FIDLAR has two life-sized dolls of R. JoJo‘s sold-out show at Neumos was at the halfway point in her 23 city North American I Am JoJo Tour. In 2004, JoJo released her self-titled debut album, with the single, “Leave (Get Out)”. At age 13, she was the youngest artist to have a #1 song on the Billboard Pop Songs chart. Fast forward to 2015, sounding better than ever, the soulful JoJo performed songs off JoJo, the follow-up The High Road (2006), and from her new EP III released in August – with a “tringle” – the simultaneous release of three singles.

On a fall Seattle evening, twenty one pilots took over the Paramount’s stage. The Columbus, Ohio pair enjoyed huge success this year and in 2014, with 2015’s Blurryface hitting number one on the Billboard Charts. They also performed “Heavydirtysoul” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon recently. Congratulations! Look for several big twenty one pilots tours in 2016. California quartet Echosmith opened.
