Anna Calvi played a show at the Crocodile Café last night in support of her debut album, Anna Calvi, which was released in January. She’s headed down the West Coast on the last leg of her US tour and will be going back to Europe next week for several more months of shows.

Mad Rad and Das Racist took over the Yeti Stage at Sasquatch on Sunday afternoon. Photographer John Rudolph made the trip to the festival and brought back some sweet shots. Look for Mad Rad at this year’s Capitol Hill Block Party on July 24th in Seattle.

There’s no doubt at all that the Pacific Northwest loves Death Cab for Cutie and Matt and Kim, who performed on the Sasquatch Stage and Bigfoot Stage on Saturday. They’ve each played countless shows in the area, and were definite draws for the Sasquatch crowds.

West Coast met East Coast as Portland’s The Thermals and Baltimore’s Wye Oak hit the Yeti Stage at Sasquatch on Saturday. An enthusiastic member of the audience expresses the wish of Thermals fans everywhere in the very last photo below, and Wye Oak’s latest, Civilian, was released in March.
