Wow, and now for the final photos by Kirk Stauffer of Bumbershoot 2017, leading off with Stockholm, Sweden’s LÉON. LÉON’s been in the area approximately 3 times this year, and her popularity just keeps growing. Northwest rock band Red Fang made an appearance, as did Brit Lucie Silvas. Los Angeles by way of Berlin, Germany, artist Bibi Bourelly was an act fans got to see doing her material (she’s written some hit for other musicians). And there were beautiful rabbit sculptures and attendees everywhere!

Getting deep, and midway, through our Bumbershoot photo coverage with material from Simon Krane. New Yorkers Sofi Tukker and the Skins lead this post, while we’re also giving some love to Pacific Northwest acts Tacocat, Shelby Earl and Joseph. This is one of the things that makes Bumbershoot so awesome: in one day you can catch bands from both American coasts, as well as an Australian group, Middle Kids! Ah yes, the celebration of Bumbershoot 2017 continues with day 2 coverage by Kirk Stauffer. Seattle’s Madeline Kenney, who’s now living in Oakland CA, played the Fisher Green Stage. Kenney’s a self-described baker, artist, cartoon enthusiast in addition to being a great musician. If you’re in Seattle and you missed her set, she’ll be at the Timbre Room on October 20th. We’re also glad to share photos of Seattle artists Tacocat and Shelby Earl, always a couple of our favorites. Plus, we’ve got more national touring bands such as Lorde (!!!), singer/violinist Saint Claire,
Dreamers, Middle Kids, Con Brio and a band of sisters named Joseph.
