Digable Planets performed a show right before New Year’s Eve in Seattle. This event was so popular it got moved to a larger venue, the Moore, where a sold out audience enjoyed the important group’s set. While Ishmael Butler also enjoys serious success with Shabazz Places, it’s awesome to see him reunite Digable Planets. The band may have based itself in New York, but it’s embraced in Seattle as our own. Bronx duo Camp Lo opened.
