Jane Monheit played the her first of five shows at Jazz Alley on Friday evening. Accompanied by Michael Kanan (piano), Neal Miner (bass) and husband Rick Montalbano (drums), Jane sang a number of songs off her latest album, Home, as well as a beautiful rendition of “Over The Rainbow.”
