Does It Offend You, Yeah? have so many awesome songs. I don’t know which one is my favorite, though I lean strongly towards “Let’s Make Out“. The British band played Chop Suey on Thursday with Kele and photographer James Bailey was at the show and took some wonderful shots of them:

Young the Giant opened for Marina and the Diamonds last Monday. If you missed them you’re in luck – the Californian band will be back in Seattle on September 29th with the Futureheads. I can’t wait to see them, but first we’ve got some foxy pix from last week’s show by Alex Crick:

Punk rockers from New Jersey, the Gaslight Anthem played Showbox SoDo earlier this week with the Menzingers. The Gaslight Anthem’s latest, American Slang has been a huge hit for them. Here are some of Brittney Bush Bollay’s beautiful pix from the evening:

Kina Grannis performed at a packed Vera Project last night for the second stop on her west coast/southern US tour. Check out her clever Valentine video – the song is from her new Stairwells record.
Tift Merritt opened for David Gray and Ray LaMontagne last weekend at Marymoor Park in Redmond. She’ll be back in town on November16, headlining at the Tractor Tavern and playing songs from her new record See You On The Moon.
