The ebullient Matt and Kim wound up an already excited audience at day one of the Capitol Hill Block Party. This set was my final one of the evening, and I loved the happy interaction between this duo and their fans. Matt and Kim were part of the wave of New York bands, including A$AP Ferg and Small Black, taking over the main stage on Friday.
