Seattle’s own, rockers Windowpane headlined the Neptune (a spot we’re visiting quite often). If you missed this show, you’re in luck as the band will be on the bill with Five Finger Death Punch at the Paramount on March 31st. Concrete Blonde and Menkena played Seattle’s beautiful Neptune on January 23rd. The impressive Concrete Blonde next heads to Brazil, and Menkena, who gets its name from their lead singer, Jimmy Menkena, gives a sneak listen of their album, With You I’ll Travel here. Montreal’s Chromeo brought their funky sound, complete with fancy keyboard/leg apparatus, to Showbox SoDo on October 10th. They also brought Mayer Hawthorne along for support.
