Look for bands such as English brother-sister combo Mathew Cartlidge & Issey Cartlidge, and Meltheads to provide high-speed punk, while Italian band Weird Bloom (whose track “Summer Be My Hammer” manages to contain several varied genres) will also be at SXSW.
