Did your favorite win the Sound Off! 2013 Finals? If so, that favorite was Dave B., a hip-hop artist from Seattle. Nabbing second place was Puyallup’s SHEBEAR and taking third place was the Fame Riot, a Tacoma-based glam duo – one of them had Dance Tax Free written across his chest, protesting the proposed dance tax.
