Time for some Band of Horses! The Ben Bridwell-led quintet headlined the Paramount in Seattle on November 8th. The group, who will give fans album six, Things Are Great in March 2022, released an amazing video for the album’s first single, “Crutch.” As for opener Miya Folick, you can check out her vocals on American Football’s version of Mazzy Star song “Fade Into You.”

Rock band All Time Low, plus Kalie Shorr, made their way to Seattle on November 7th. They’ve released two albums in the last few years, and songs with Pale Waves and Demi Lovato. In an impressive 2019 turn, All Time Low debuted their own Pinot noir, called Pretty Venom.

Second night of Idles‘ two night event in Seattle was held at Showbox SoDo on November 10th. This show was Idles and all Idles – with no opening band for the Brits. More Idles is a good thing. Another cool Idles gig alert: You might be in New York on New Year’s Eve (maybe? maybe?), and you can tickets for their Barclays Center show here (available as of now!). Also, guitarist Mark Bowen’s dress is lovely and one you could wear for different occasions. Very nice.

British band Idles played the first of two nights in Seattle on November 9th. After a two-year hiatus from visiting the States due to Coronavirus, they titled the tour Beauty from Ashes. Indeed. They’re also celebrating the release of their fourth album, CRAWLER, which came out just a couple days after this show. Brooklyn, New York’s Gustaf opened for this date. If you’re in Seattle you can plan ahead to catch Gustaf again at the Sunset on March 25th. Good news, yes? Photos from night two of Idles’ visit will be up shortly.
