Photos: John Prine & Ani DiFranco @ Chateau Ste. Michelle

Chateau Ste. Michelle has outdone itself this year with its musical lineup. On Friday evening the concert series held its penultimate show, John Prine with Ani DiFranco. Prine, who is perhaps best-known to some of you for the song “Sam Stone,” has released 20 albums. I’m thrilled to display photographer Matthew Lamb‘s photos of Prine and DiFranco:

Photos: Boyce Avenue & Curtis Peoples @ the Showbox

Boyce Avenue, a trio of brothers from Florida, were the headliners at Showbox at the Market on Saturday evening. This band has had one of the more rigorous touring schedules I have seen in a while, and they’ll continue touring through the end of 2011. Keep a close eye on these guys, they should be huge. Photographer Heather Fitzpatrick went to Saturday’s show and got these cool shots of Boyce Avenue and one of their openers, Curtis Peoples.

Photos: My Chemical Romance @ White River Ampitheatre

I’ll put forward the supreme songs “Na Na Na” and “Destroya” as examples that My Chemical Romance just keeps getting better and better. They’ve also been touring quite a lot the last year so odds are you have seen or will get to see them soon – that’s a good and big deal for MCR fans. Their latest date in Washington was a gig at White River Ampitheatre with Blink-182 and Rancid on September 1st. Here are some of photographer Geoffrey Gribbin’s impressions of the show:
