Sombr

On October 1, 2026, Sombr embarked on his first United States arena tour at Climate Pledge Arena as part of the “You Are The Reason Tour.” He was backed by a full band, the 90+ minute show highlighted his rapid climb to fame, having playing WaMu Theater just last year.

The 16-song performance drew heavily from his debut album, I Barely Know Her, while converting earlier bedroom-pop tracks into punchier, guitar-driven arrangements. Sombr worked an elaborate set styled like a graffiti-strewn New York City street, constantly on the move across the entire raised stage.

Standouts from his setlist included the fan-selected “canal street” and power ballad “My Body Isn’t Ready.”

Having surged from writing bedroom-pop tracks to commanding major arena tours within just a year, Sombr is experiencing a meteoric rise in modern pop. Anyone following the music industry should keep a close eye on his trajectory, as his rapid jump to the main stage signals an artist positioned to become a dominant force for years to come.
