Seattle artist Toby Campbell/Anomie Belle opened for Asobi Seksu Wednesday night, filling the expansive Triple Door with her lush and soulful sounds.
Campbell played a number of tunes from her 2008 release Sleeping Patterns, as well as her upcoming album. Her music incorporates her classical violin training with an intriguing electronic backdrop that is gathering a steady following.
Anomie Belle is currently on tour throughout the country, including playing in support of The Album Leaf at Neumos Saturday 6 February.

New York experimental pop group Asobi Seksu were up next and were a hit with the crowd. Playing a rare acoustic set made for an intimate set filled with delicate xylophones, expansive percussion and the ever-impressive vocals of Yuki Chikadate.
The set included a number of hits including Transparence‘s Urusai Tori’ and Citrus’ ‘Goodbye’.
