Last Tuesday Canadian bands the Besnard Lakes and Land of Talk took over the Crocodile, bringing their indie/progressive pop music to Seattle. The crowd was a little thin for the husband and wife duo the Besnard Lakes, but that didn’t stop two hardcore fans from headbanging and rocking out with no shame. By the time Land of Talk took the stage, the venue filled with folks eager to listen and to experience the enchanting voice of frontwoman Elizabeth Powell as she lead her band through a set consisting mostly of songs off their latest album Cloak and Cipher. Please enjoy some photos from the night below! More photos available here.
